The Vontron ULP21-4040 reverse osmosis membrane is an ultra-low-pressure element for reverse osmosis systems. It features a spiral-wound aromatic polyamide construction and an FRP housing. Its stabilized salt rejection is 99.5%, with a minimum of 99.0%. It delivers a flow rate of up to 400 liters per hour under the specified test conditions.

It is suitable for surface water, groundwater, and municipal water with a TDS below 2,000 ppm, for drinking water and purified water applications. It fits a 4″ x 40″ pressure vessel. Before first use, flush for 15–25 minutes at low pressure, followed by 60–90 minutes at high pressure. Discard the water produced during the first hour of operation.
