The black combination lock on the left of the rotating wheels "sticks" in the middle of the downward path and is difficult to lower in order to unlock the door, even when you have entered the correct combination. It can be frustrating and sometimes requires a lot of effort and repetitions to finally open the door. If you are aware of the problem and persistent, you will eventually be able to open it with a little effort.
Update: The problem was eventually solved with generous application of WD40 everywhere on the mechanism.

If exposed to rain, it is not completely waterproof, which is why it loses the fifth star. It leaks water from above, from the two holes where the pedal enters the main body, slightly rusts the uncovered plastic bottom part of the pedal, and retains water droplets inside the key compartment (the metal ring of the plastic tag I have attached to the key I keep inside also rusted - no, the tag does not indicate where the key is, it is only there to prevent the key from getting lost when in use). The waterproofing problem could easily be solved by the manufacturer with two o-rings at the points where the pedal enters the main body. You can solve it yourself without much difficulty by placing two o-rings externally to prevent moisture from entering the main body.

On the plus side, the ability to change the combination as many times as you want is a great feature!

The review has to do with the value of each product, this applies to all. After hesitating between this one and another one from the same company, I ended up with the hanging type of lock. The reason is that I have the option to use it wherever and whenever I want, without the restriction of only one position, even on the motorcycle, boat, and car, there are many options to attach this lock. It is also particularly useful for those who go on vacation alone and think about what to do with the car key. You go to a store or a café and tell them, I can temporarily attach my lock to your railing for extra security, in a visible spot that doesn't allow anyone to tamper with it. It is quite practical and carefully designed so as not to leave marks on the locking points. The shackle, as well as the entire body of the lock, except for the door, is covered with a synthetic material that cannot scratch, for example, a door where the lock-box is hung. It can also be used to lock the wire rope or chain of a motorcycle while also protecting its contents. Although it is good to have visual contact, or at least be in a busy area, to reduce the chances of someone tampering with it. It is quite comfortable and can hold many keys of different sizes, see the photos. ATTENTION, it does not fit credit card-sized cards. Also, the maximum length of the key should be up to 8.5 centimeters. I recommend to those who use it for its obvious purpose, not to put the keys of the space where the lock-box is visible from the outside. Let them have (when possible) the lock-box in a different location, outside a store or at the home of a relative or friend. I write this so that in case someone manages to open the lock-box and take the keys, at least they won't know which house or store they correspond to. The code can be easily changed by moving the small lever to the reset position and after selecting the desired code, we return the lever to its original position. It is very important, of course, not to forget the code, because the only way afterwards is to try combinations until you succeed, and the chances are one in ten thousand. Also, for unlocking the shackle, after opening the door, we move the lever that is on top to the left, and it releases the shackle, it's that simple. Regarding its durability over time, although it seems to be of good quality, I don't have an opinion, I will come back in the future if I have anything to note.
