Each Antiquity pickup is handcrafted 100% in Santa Barbara, California using the exact same materials and production techniques of that time.

• Each pickup is hand-wound using a "scatter winder" for authenticity.
• No modern machine can replicate the winding pattern of the old ones.
• The bobbins are "aged" carefully and filled with extremely fine dust particles.
• The Alnico II magnets are demagnetized to the exact degree required.
• The wire insulation goes through a "break-in" process to achieve a natural aging.

All of this is done to reproduce the unique vintage tone of the old pickups in a way that no mass production process can achieve.
