WAVE Fin Design & V-Shape Fin Design for GPU cooling

The WAVE fin design reduces friction when wind enters the fin module, resulting in reduced wind noise. The V-shaped fin design at the top of the GPU accelerates and concentrates the airflow around the GPU for efficient heat dissipation.

Cold-rolled steel frame

Enjoy a superior and beautifully crafted frame in the NITRO+ AMD Radeon™ RX 7800 XT graphics card with a cold-rolled steel frame that enhances the structure and durability of the cover, while enclosing the sides of the PCB board for a strong enclosure along with the All Metal Backplate.

Digital Power Design

The SAPPHIRE NITRO+ AMD Radeon™ RX 7000 Series is designed with digital power, which provides precise power control and exceptional power efficiency.

High TG Copper PCB

The GPU is mounted on a high-density 14-layer 2oz copper and high TG PCB to match the rapid speed, high current, and increased power demand of the GPU and memory, ensuring high PCB stability during operation.

Hard Metal Backplate

The aluminum backplate provides additional rigidity to ensure that nothing bends and keeps dust out. It also helps cool your card by increasing heat dissipation.

Exclusive VRM Cooling

Special VRM cooling unit for optimal heat dissipation for maximum airflow and cooling performance.

Angular Velocity Fan Blade

The angled speed fan blade provides a double layer of downward air pressure, which, along with the air pressure on the outer ring of the axial fan, results in up to 44% greater downward air pressure and up to 19% greater airflow for quieter and cooler operation compared to previous generations.

Ultra-High Performance Conductive Polymer Aluminum Capacitor

The high-performance conductive polymer aluminum capacitor has a small footprint on the PCB, but a high volumetric capacity that enables 14-phase power delivery to the RX 7800 series graphics card. The capacitor offers stable capacitance at high frequency and temperature with very low signal noise, ensuring the stability and reliability of the product.

Optimized Composite Heat Pipe

The composite heat pipes are meticulously tuned for each individual cooling design with optimal heat flow, effectively and evenly distributing heat across the entire cooling unit.

Secure Protection

For the protection of your card, SAPPHIRE cards feature built-in fuses in the circuit of the external PCI-E power connector for component safety.

Fan Control Assist System

When the GPU temperature increases, the graphics card fans speed up accordingly. To further assist in cooling and heat dissipation, the Assistive System Fan Control feature in SAPPHIRE's TriXX software controls the speed of a system fan so that it automatically increases simultaneously with the graphics card fans, helping to expel the heated air from the entire system more quickly.

Dual BIOS

Choose between primary BIOS mode or secondary mode to enhance your gaming experience.

Graphics Card Support

Comes with a graphics card support bracket to keep the graphics card in place in the PCIe slot.

ARGB Light Bar

With an elegant cover design enhanced by ARGB LEDs, you can change the colors of the LEDs for a personalized design. This can be controlled via the TriXX software. Choose from various modes, such as fan speed mode, PCB temperature mode, or the multicolored rainbow mode, or turn off the LED lights.

External ARGB Control Synchronization

Enable external synchronization of RGB LEDs between the graphics card and the motherboard using the 3-pin header on the tail. Gamers can then choose whether the graphics card runs the RGB LED effects independently or if the motherboard takes control.

Quick fan connection

If there is a problem with the fan, you do not need to return the entire card. SAPPHIRE or our partners will send you a replacement fan directly to you! This means that it is easy to remove, clean, and replace, with only one screw securely holding it in place.

Dual Ball Bearings

They feature Dual Ball bearing fans, which have approximately 85% longer lifespan than sleeve bearings in our tests. The improvements in the fan blades mean that the solution is up to 10% quieter than the previous generation.

TRI-X Cooling Technology

  • An innovative blend of Robust VRM Cooling and independent memory thermal units work together for effective and efficient heat removal across all sections.
  • Tunnel fins increase convection airflow and ensure continuous air flow through the cooling system and fan.
  • Heat is expelled by a trio of large efficient fans that operate counterclockwise to maximize airflow.

  • Having had this card for a year and a half, I have seen many positives but also many problems. I have paired it with an i7 14700k, 32gb ddr5 6000mhz ram, and an asus z790 plus motherboard.
Indeed, at 2k it doesn't break a sweat. In the demanding games I play, like Forza Horizon 5, it easily hits 100+ fps at 2k with extreme preset, and in cpu demanding ones, like cs2, 370fps with maxed out graphics settings. It is not noisy, and it doesn't get excessively hot.
Unfortunately, what they say about the terrible drivers is more than true. For a couple of months I was experiencing intense stutter and major frame drops in every game I played.
So be careful, if you experience intense stutter like I did, uninstall the adrenaline software. Reinstall the drivers from the amd website and select "driver only" so the software doesn't get installed.
Anyway, now I have 0 problems. Apart from games, I also run design software like freecad.

With a Ryzen 7800x3d and 32GB RAM it runs at idle at 55°C at 3200x1800 (3k) resolution, ultra settings and x3 upscale, oblivion Remastered, starfield and cyberpunk 2077. Quality and high premium construction.

    Very powerful card.
I believe for its price there is nothing like it.
It is paired with a 5800x and 32gb ram.
And we are talking about playing even 4k comfortably in some games.
For 1080p it is overkill but you can easily use it for some games where you want a lot of fps.
I believe for 2k it is just right since you can play everything at 100fps easily.
    Very good power consumption.
I have seen up to 280w and I have it with a 750 rmx Corsair psu and it doesn't notice anything.
Its length is 32 centimeters so be careful before you buy it to see if it fits in your case.
Max temperature 55 degrees but it also depends on the case and airflow.
Also, pay close attention to the support base provided in the case.
Because the card weighs 1.5 kg it requires a lot of care.
Because there are cases where it scratches the metal plate with the fans.
Otherwise, fantastic card, we are talking about very good value for money

VFM card. All the better cards than this one cost almost double the money. So for someone who doesn't want to spend 1000, it's just right. Cyberpunk All Ultra with Ray tracing drops to 52 FPS minimum. However, the game is playable. With RT off and everything on full, I get a locked 82FPS with VSync, then it locks at 165 but with fluctuations, so I've settled at 82 and it runs more comfortably for the PC. I fit it into a Coolermaster Mystique 632 after removing the HDD bay to also accommodate the PURE LOOP 2 FX 360 water cooling.

    MSI Tomahawk Z790
    i5 13600k
    Kingston fury 32GB 6000
    Permanent OC with XMP

Note: To use the aRGB from the motherboard, you need to download Saphire Trix and change the setting to Nitro Glow / external source.

Main use Assetto Corsa VR Oculus 3 locked at 120FPS with Virtual desktop crop and a bit of crop up and down. Good WiFi6 signal is required for the Oculus and the PC with LAN.

I received it on Saturday and the installation was done today 20/01. I believe the wait and the upgrade from 4060 is worth it. It will be combined with 5700x and 64 gb ram for the best possible result on the am4 platform. The size is large and the use of the base is necessary

Coming from the Nvidia 1650, a very powerful card with many options in its drivers, it has no issues with temperature, under stress max temp. 55 degrees (depending on the space where the PC is located and the case that houses it), I combined it with the Ryzen 7 5800x.

The card is simply beautiful both in appearance and performance; it handles everything at 1080p and 1440p on ultra, I haven't tried it for 4k yet.

You pay a little more, but it has quality construction and is silent in its operation; I think for 1440p it is one of the best cards on the market based on price and performance.

    I have enjoyed it anyway..
I don't know why some say they have problems with AMD, I'm doing just fine...
I have everything on full in many games, and it hasn't made a peep... for the 530 that I got it for at 2k, I am extremely satisfied...

All problems with AMD. When their drivers work, it's perfect. But when they work. Their latest updates don't let me play games. If you have the money, don't hesitate to go for Nvidia.

The card is a beast, when it works properly you are amazed by its power, you set everything to ultra and don't bother again. But the drivers are simply terrible. I bought it in April 2024, for 2 months it worked great, but with the update 24.6.1 that happened in July it went haywire. I couldn't play BF2042 for more than 20 minutes, I did a clean install of the new drivers, I formatted but still the same issues. It has crashed in Rust, Insurgency, Ghost of Tsushima, BF, abiotic factor, Valheim.

    update 1/9/2024
After the 24.8.1 update of Adrenalin, the system has stabilized somewhat.
    update 2/1/2025
The card has amazing performance and temperatures but it doesn't have the support it deserves from AMD. Stick with version 24.10.1 and let future versions stabilize.

I got it for 550€, an excellent card for its price and very good implementation by Sapphire. The build quality is amazing, and because it has a 2kg cooler on top, it doesn't heat up and the fans don't sound like an airplane turbine. I don't know if there is a better value for money in this category, maybe in terms of performance, but if you include aesthetics, build quality, and performance together, I am very satisfied.

Very good card and quite powerful in gaming. Like all AMD cards, it falls behind the competition in RT and the truth is that with 50 euros more I would go for a 7900GRE. It needs a large case and if you increase the fans, it sounds (but generally it won't be necessary, especially if you under volt).

Very powerful card and the best choice for those looking for something equivalent to the 4070 as it is slightly more powerful and at a lower price than the nvidia (for now). I have an ultrawide monitor at 3440x1440 and it runs Battlefield 2042 ultra at 140 fps so I don't think anyone will have an issue in this area. The only issue is the size, as it appears compared to a 5700 xt. It's a beast so there should be enough space inside the pc. I had to remove the sound card I had so as not to block its cooling.

The card is a beast in performance, I am very satisfied.
At this stage, anyone who wants to go for 2K gaming should get it blindly.
It is the best value for money available in the market.
The only issue is that it came with a faulty fan, but I am in the process of replacement since Sapphire has stated that in case a fan is defective, you don't need to send the whole card for replacement. So, I will come back with my experience with Sapphire's customer service department, which so far seems to be quite professional.

    Edit:
3/4/2024 I received the replacement fan in my hands without any shipping cost, sent from Hong Kong, China.
    Sapphire is very helpful.
I will choose them again in the future

Very powerful! The performance is impeccable in everything I have done so far. The only reason I give it a 4 is because of the coil whine that happens to be present in my card. In games that use a lot of watts (usually over 230 watts), there is a high-frequency "grinding" sound, which is quite annoying if I don't wear headphones. It started after the first ten days of use and I haven't checked if it's covered by the warranty because it's not a problem that will damage the card. I use the be quiet straight power 11 850w as a power supply. Maybe the combination of the two is responsible, I don't know.
