After the recent departure of their last foster child, Miller, the Watson family decides to take a break. But while Casey is having fun with her friends, she receives a call from her new contact. Social services are desperately trying to find a stable home for nine-year-old Sam, who has autism and severe behavioral problems.

Having been removed from his mother less than a week ago, Sam is hosted by caregivers for a short stay. However, with two small children in their own family, they cannot keep the boy, as he persistently harasses them. The Watsons agree to host Sam, who, despite his small physique, proves to be a real storm – destroying everything in his path.
