I got the 16L for a 120sqm house. However, it was struggling and I completely isolated one room to help it. The humidity dropped from 70% to 50-55% in about 2 days. The mobile app is good. It has plenty of settings. It makes a normal noise, depending of course on which level you have it set. I always have it on automatic and after a while an annoying blowing sound started, but it can be ignored if you don't pay attention and don't have it in the same room where you sit, e.g. I have it in the hallway. As for the errors some mention, you should know that p1 means it is defrosting itself and it goes away after a while, p2 means the water tank is full, p3 means HEPA filter cleaning (you take it out, check it, and if it’s clean you put it back in, otherwise you wash it yourself as the cleaning instructions say) and in both cases the error will not go away from the screen by itself and it appears every 360 hours of operation as a precaution. You need to press the fan button for 3 seconds and it will go away. P4 means the HEPA filter needs to be replaced because 2160 hours of operation have been completed. Again, if you clean it often and it’s in good condition and you want to save money, do the same thing. Wash it and press the fan button for 3 seconds to clear the error. As for the tank that some say is not big, put the drain hose and let it work continuously and drain the water into a drain.

I bought it 2 days ago. The most useful money I have ever spent. We would buy it again and again. Let me start with the noise that most people mention. Guys, if you don’t actually use the machine, don’t comment negatively on something that isn’t even true. It makes a little noise at low intensity but if it reaches the desired humidity it stops completely. For example, we set it at 50%. When it reached 49%, the noise stopped completely and it continued to work normally. When we opened a window and it started to go above 50%, then it started making noise again. So it’s proven that it needs to reach the desired humidity you have set for the noise to stop. We had a crazy problem and in two days we saw a huge difference. It does an amazing job. Of course, it works continuously without shutting off. Also, let’s mention here that in order to reach the desired humidity, the room needs to have some heating, it needs to be warm. It says so in the instructions. For example, the first day we didn’t have the heating on, it never managed to reach the desired humidity. In short, if you pay attention and follow the instructions, there is no noise and no problem at all. The tank is sufficient. It also has an ionizer that cleans the air. And clothes drying. And of course WiFi so you can control everything from the mobile app. Truly the best purchase we have made. Worth it!!!!

Purchased in October 2024, so I've already had it for a year. I won't talk about the noise and all the related things everyone already mentions in the comments, because the noise it makes is normal and not bothersome at all unless you're already irritated, in which case even a pin dropping would annoy you! You're buying a dehumidifier; if you want something completely silent, get a decorative item just to look at! What I will emphasize, and which is very problematic, is that if you get this dehumidifier and you have humidity (which is probably why you'd get a dehumidifier—otherwise, why buy one?), its filter will give you a message after a month of operation saying it needs to be changed. To replace it, you'll pay 20+€, because it's a HEPA filter. After you pay and replace it (because you want to do things properly since you're a tidy person and want everything to run smoothly without issues), you'll discover that the message saying the filter needs to be changed will NEVER go away! NEVER! So now I've just left it as is, without changing the filter again, and it works just fine anyway. Not only because the message never goes away, but also because I can't pay 20+€ every month! It's unreasonable!

I have had this particular dehumidifier for 1 year and when summer came I wanted to store it, and after 3-4 months I went to use it and the fan wasn't working, so we had to return it to get it fixed. A week passes and they inform us that it is ready, we pick it up from the store, we checked that it works properly, and after a week the dehumidifier started emitting smoke, it had overheated excessively at the bottom, and we were informed by the service that it would be replaced. A week later, the replacement did indeed happen, but this model also turned out to be defective; it started to rattle and freeze up. This is the fourth time we will return it. The 2 stars are given only because the service was fast, but what good is that if I can't get my job done? I hope it's just my model that's like this. Finally, I noticed the first time I removed the drainage tank that it had some small scratches where the tank sits; supposedly they gave us a new machine, shouldn't there be no scratches? I also tried to clean it, thinking it was some dirt, but no, apparently the company decided to give us a used and in bad condition unit; even my grandfather's tractor doesn't act like this. My opinion is to stay away from this model and the company, apparently they don't know what they're doing with dehumidifiers. STAY AWAY!!!! I chose it for a 48sqm home with the thought that at some point I will move to a bigger one. It does a very good job with clothes and the humidity in the house.

What we wanted was a lot, beyond just cleaning the atmosphere from humidity, which is the main thing. We started with a budget of €150 and went over it to have everything. We wanted it to clean the air when we are away for days or when cooking, to dry clothes, to operate remotely with wifi, to have a child lock (we have a cat at home), to have easy filter changes, wheels to move it around, indicators with lighting, speeds: low - medium - high (not all have low), sleep mode, smart mode, silent mode and without lighting, notifications for emptying the tank and changing or cleaning filters, and an opening/closing louver.

Not all dehumidifiers have all of the above combined. And you will see that all of them are important over time. Because you will need them somewhere. It has everything, it is a sturdy construction, a serious brand, and an app that is practical and also includes my Air Conditioners.
