The All-Sun EM465A digital clamp meter measures AC and DC voltage, AC current, resistance, diodes, continuity and temperature. For AC measurements, it uses a clamp-shaped transformer sensor.

The 3½-digit LCD has a maximum reading of 1999, automatic polarity indication, and displays OL or -OL when the range is exceeded. The clamp meter features overload protection, a low-battery indicator, an audible continuity indicator, a display backlight, automatic zero adjustment, and MAX HOLD and data hold functions. To minimize position error, place the conductor in the center of the jaws.
