ANTIGRAFFITI COATING is a transparent, two-component polyurethane-based coating, suitable for protecting buildings and construction surfaces from graffiti paints. It has excellent resistance to moisture, solvents, and extreme environmental conditions.

APPLICATIONS

• Protection from graffiti in public buildings, schools, bridges, houses, marble veneers, industrial buildings.
• Protection of graffiti art from vandalism.
• Applies to vertical and horizontal building surfaces.
• Suitable for marble, stone, exposed concrete, cement, plaster, metal, wood, drywall, cement board, and similar materials.
• Can be applied to surfaces painted with acrylic or plastic paints, with testing before application.
• Not suitable for polystyrene, polyethylene, and other surfaces affected by nitro thinner.

SURFACE PREPARATION

• The surface must be clean, dry, and free of defects.
• Remove all loose materials, and new concrete or plaster should dry for at least 28 days.
• Remove old coatings, grease, and dust with a grinder or pressure washing machine.
• The substrate must dry completely before application.

PRIMING

• Fragile surfaces can be primed with EPOXITE DUR for reinforcing the substrate.

APPLICATION

• Mix the 2 components well and let the mixture stand for 10 - 15 minutes.
• Apply the first coat with a brush, roller, or spray gun.
• The second coat is applied once the first has dried, within 6 - 24 hours depending on temperature.
• Final curing takes place in 14 days at 25°C.
