It doesn't reel in all the hose when there's water inside — usually 2–3 meters remain outside. There's no guide during reeling, so you need to be careful and guide it by hand to wrap it properly. In general, the space inside seems limited; if it's not wound up in order, it gets jammed and won't close.
Conclusion: It does the job, but if you can afford it, prefer the equivalent Gardena model which is higher quality and has an internal guide.
