    because it only has a back flame you have to turn it at least three times, if you bake more than two pizzas the stone loses temperature and the bottom comes out raw while the top burns before the bottom is done. in an outdoor space if it's windy it cools down very quickly, it doesn't have to be very windy, even with a little breeze it's not easy to bake, it doesn't raise the temperature of the stone much and the size of the stone should be bigger because even if you put a 20-30 cm pizza it's very close to the flame and burns quickly. if you put 2 stones, as soon as the temperature rises near the fire, you turn to the stone to raise it from the other side and slightly close the grill like a small door but not all the way because it gets black, it needs to get air, then it keeps the temperature to bake pizzas but it's difficult because you have to keep opening and closing the entrance because you have to turn the pizza at least four times since it doesn't have a gamma-shaped flame but only at the back
