New Mint Green Gel/Paste Color from Fractal!

The new Full Fill Gel Colors range from Fractal Colors is water-based and features the largest color palette. The gels are fluid, allowing for easy mixing in creams, decorative icing, sugar paste, modeling paste, and flower paste. They are highly concentrated, enabling the creation of vibrant colors in your recipes. All colors in the range are titanium dioxide-free (E171), in line with the latest EU regulations.

Main Methods of Use:

• Easily color all kinds of confectionery materials such as sugar paste, modeling paste, flower paste, marzipan, and royal icing.
• Mix with powder color for an ideal hand painting mixture.
• The liquid form facilitates mixing: add a few drops to the paste or cream and stir or knead.
• Not recommended for oil/fat-based materials.

Ingredients: Glycerol E422, Propylene Glycol E1520, Gelling Agent: Silicon Dioxide E551, Colorants: Brilliant Blue FCF E133, Quinoline E104. May have adverse effects on activity and attention in children.

Average shelf life: 3 years from production. Storage: Protect from light.

• For fillings: 2.01g/kg.
• Externally for decorations, coating: 2.01g/kg.
