Rosemary is a fragrant, evergreen, dense-leaved shrub that does not exceed 2m and thrives in rocky mountainous areas with little water. It originates from the Mediterranean and is cultivated throughout almost all of Europe as well as in temperate regions of America.

In cooking, it is particularly loved for its intensely aromatic character, and it beautifully accompanies recipes with:
