"Thyme" is a low and resilient shrub, about 30 - 35cm tall, that exudes a pleasant and intense aroma.

It has purple flowers and mainly blooms in the barren and rocky soils of Mediterranean countries, Asia, and North America.

By drying its oil-green leaves, we obtain thyme intended for culinary use, which wonderfully flavors:

• meatballs
• sausages
• various sauces
• soups
