Although I didn't use it systematically, only on damp hair after washing. I ordered it for the second time to have it for maintenance. I suggest closing the nose while spraying.

Having finished many bottles.. in combination with minoxidil as per dermatologist's order.. it took me a long time to see a difference and I don't believe it's worth the money.. it's average.. the smell is bearable and it doesn't leave the hair oily otherwise..

I had a significant hair loss and slight thinning. After 1 week of using the shampoo in combination with the lotion morning and night, I have seen exceptional results. The hair loss has noticeably reduced and my hair has more volume, although it is still early to tell if new growth will occur. The downside is that the shampoo makes the hair rough, so I have to use a little conditioner on the ends when washing. I will continue with the treatment.
