Risoli produces high-quality products exclusively from cast aluminum in Italy, with a thick base and original Teflon coatings that are scratch-resistant, PFOA-free, and nickel-free. This technology allows for greater speed and uniform heat distribution, for more natural cooking.

IMPORTANT USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Before using the pan for the first time, wash it with warm soapy water, dry it well, and lightly season it with oil or butter.
  • Low to medium heat is sufficient for the best cooking results.
  • Do not heat the pan when it is empty.
  • The pan should only be used for cooking.
  • Do not use the pan to store food for prolonged periods.
  • Use ONLY wooden and nylon utensils and do not cut food in the pan.
  • After use, let the pan cool for a bit, clean it in warm soapy water, and dry it thoroughly.
  • We do not recommend using a dishwasher.
  • A slight change in color of the coating has no negative effect on the quality of the product.
  • The bakelite handles of the pans are heat-resistant from 180-240°C.
  • RISOLI products are suitable for all types of cookers.
