Ways to maintain the quality of wood:

• Do not use the dishwasher.
• Before the first use, clean it with hot water (65°C) and liquid soap, and rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
• After each use, always clean with water and soap, rinse well, and dry it so that the wood does not remain wet for a long time.
• After rinsing, place it in a vertical position and store it only after it has completely dried.
• Regularly apply olive oil for greater care. Apply it and let it sit overnight to absorb.
• Vinegar disinfects wood naturally.
• For frequent disinfection, we recommend placing the wood at 65°C for a few minutes (e.g., oven air).
