The preparation is simple:

• Preheat the oven to 175°C (convection oven 160°C).
• In a bowl, combine the mix, eggs, butter, and water and mix at low speed for 3 minutes until a thick batter forms.
• Add a filling (such as nuts, raisins, and/or solid chocolate chips) if desired.
• Line a baking tray with buttered parchment paper and fill with the dough.
• Bake the brownies in the preheated oven.
• Once cooled, you can spread a chocolate glaze.
