Excellent machine and solution for those who wake up in the morning and want to drink a quality coffee, quickly, without mess and hassle, and without major compromises in taste! It does make a bit of noise, to be honest, but personally it doesn’t bother me that much.
To the essentials now, since I like strong coffee, for freddo espresso I have set the grinder to 12, which is the finest for this particular machine, then in the settings I have set aroma and temperature to 3, and I make a single shot with water at 2 and a double with water at 1. The settings I mention concern 80-20% coffee beans, which I ended up using due to the minimal "bitterness" I want the robusta to bring to the blend.
For example, with 100% arabica I tend to make three single shots with water at 1 and everything else maxed out because the nature of the coffee is sweeter and milder, so I want to get as strong an aroma as possible. Of course, you will do quite a few tests both with settings and coffees until you find your own sweet spot, so the settings you end up with are purely a matter of personal taste!
Finally, as for the crema, it makes it relatively good but nothing special. As we said, it’s not a professional machine but intended for home use, with everything that entails...
4 stars because it could have been a bit cheaper, otherwise I am very satisfied!
Εξαιρετικό μηχάνημα και λύση για όσους ξυπνάνε το πρωί και θέλουν να πιούν έναν ποιοτικό καφέ, γρήγορα, χωρίς ατσαλιές και ταλαιπωρία και δίχως μεγάλες εκπτώσεις στο γευστικό αποτέλεσμα! Κάνει λίγο θόρυβο είναι η αλήθεια αλλά εμένα προσωπικά δεν με ενοχλεί τόσο.
Στα ουσιώδη τώρα, επειδή μου αρέσει ο δυνατός καφές, για φρέντο εσπρέσο έχω επιλέξει τον μύλο στο 12 που ειναι το πιο φίνο της συγκεκριμένης μηχανής, επειτα στις ρυθμίσεις έχω βάλει στο 3 το άρωμα και την θερμοκρασία και κάνω μια μονή δόση με το νερό στο 2 και μια διπλή με το νερό στο 1. Οι ρυθμίσεις που γράφω αφορούν κόκκους καφέ 80-20% τον οποίο κατέληξα να χρησιμοποιώ, λόγω της ελάχιστης "πικράδας" που θέλω να βγάζει ο robusta στο χαρμάνι.
Για παράδειγμα σε 100% arabica τεινω να κάνω τρεις μονές δοσεις με το νερό στο 1 και τερμα τα υπολοιπα γιατι ειναι η φυση του καφέ πιο γλυκιά και απαλή οποτε θέλω να παιρνω όσο πιο δυνατη μυρωδιά μπορεί να βγει. Θα κάνετε φυσικά αρκετές δοκιμές και σε ρυμίσεις αλλά και σε καφέδες μέχρι να βρειτε το δικό σας sweet spot, συνεπώς είναι καθαρά υποκειμενικό θέμα γούστου οι ρυθμίσεις στις οποίες τελικά θα καταλήξετε!
Τέλος σαν καϊμάκι, το κάνει σχετικά καλό και όχι κάτι το ιδιαίτερο. Είπαμε δεν ειναι επαγγελματική μηχανή αλλά προορίζετε για οικιακή χρήση, με ό,τι αυτό συνεπάγεται...

Έχω αγοράσει lor κόκκινο,ο μύλος στο 10 ,η θερμοκρασία στο 2 όπως και το μέγεθος του φλιτζάνιου και το άρωμα στην 3η σκάλα! Όποιος ήπιε είπε τα καλύτερα! Αγόρασα αργότερα και συσκευή για αφρογαλα, και πλέον έχω την καφετέρια στο σπίτι μου! Για κάποιον πιο έμπειρο η δουλειά γίνεται και με το ακροφυσιο της συσκευής!

The coffee maker is fine, but the silicone tube that is needed periodically for the coffee maker's mechanism was missing from the package.
This particular silicone is special and certified for food contact, communication with Skroutz became impossible except through a terrible AI chatbox, there is no way to speak to a human and the only option is to send the entire coffee maker back.
For a silicone tube that costs 5-7 euros, I had to send the whole machine back, curse the AI and the automatic bots that serve...
The point is yes, you find cheap things on Skroutz but in case of a problem you curse because you can't talk to a human representative. Personally, as far as expensive things - devices are concerned, I would buy a thousand times from Kotsovolos/ Plaisio etc. big stores where if there is an issue it will be resolved immediately, stay away from Skroutz for expensive item purchases...

Η συγκεκριμένη σιλικόνη είναι ειδική και πιστοποιημένη για επαφή με τρόφιμα, η επικοινωνία με το Skroutz κατέστη αδύνατη πέρα από την επικοινωνία με ένα άθλιο ai chatbox, δεν υπάρχει δυνατότητα να μιλήσεις με άνθρωπο και η μόνη επιλογή είναι να στείλεις όλη τη καφετιέρα πίσω.

Excellent machine and solution for those who wake up in the morning and want to drink a quality coffee, quickly, without mess and hassle, and without major compromises in taste! It does make a bit of noise, to be honest, but personally it doesn’t bother me that much.
To the essentials now, since I like strong coffee, for freddo espresso I have set the grinder to 12, which is the finest for this particular machine, then in the settings I have set aroma and temperature to 3, and I make a single shot with water at 2 and a double with water at 1. The settings I mention concern 80-20% coffee beans, which I ended up using due to the minimal "bitterness" I want the robusta to bring to the blend.
For example, with 100% arabica I tend to make three single shots with water at 1 and everything else maxed out because the nature of the coffee is sweeter and milder, so I want to get as strong an aroma as possible. Of course, you will do quite a few tests both with settings and coffees until you find your own sweet spot, so the settings you end up with are purely a matter of personal taste!
Finally, as for the crema, it makes it relatively good but nothing special. As we said, it’s not a professional machine but intended for home use, with everything that entails...
4 stars because it could have been a bit cheaper, otherwise I am very satisfied!
Εξαιρετικό μηχάνημα και λύση για όσους ξυπνάνε το πρωί και θέλουν να πιούν έναν ποιοτικό καφέ, γρήγορα, χωρίς ατσαλιές και ταλαιπωρία και δίχως μεγάλες εκπτώσεις στο γευστικό αποτέλεσμα! Κάνει λίγο θόρυβο είναι η αλήθεια αλλά εμένα προσωπικά δεν με ενοχλεί τόσο.
Στα ουσιώδη τώρα, επειδή μου αρέσει ο δυνατός καφές, για φρέντο εσπρέσο έχω επιλέξει τον μύλο στο 12 που ειναι το πιο φίνο της συγκεκριμένης μηχανής, επειτα στις ρυθμίσεις έχω βάλει στο 3 το άρωμα και την θερμοκρασία και κάνω μια μονή δόση με το νερό στο 2 και μια διπλή με το νερό στο 1. Οι ρυθμίσεις που γράφω αφορούν κόκκους καφέ 80-20% τον οποίο κατέληξα να χρησιμοποιώ, λόγω της ελάχιστης "πικράδας" που θέλω να βγάζει ο robusta στο χαρμάνι.
Για παράδειγμα σε 100% arabica τεινω να κάνω τρεις μονές δοσεις με το νερό στο 1 και τερμα τα υπολοιπα γιατι ειναι η φυση του καφέ πιο γλυκιά και απαλή οποτε θέλω να παιρνω όσο πιο δυνατη μυρωδιά μπορεί να βγει. Θα κάνετε φυσικά αρκετές δοκιμές και σε ρυμίσεις αλλά και σε καφέδες μέχρι να βρειτε το δικό σας sweet spot, συνεπώς είναι καθαρά υποκειμενικό θέμα γούστου οι ρυθμίσεις στις οποίες τελικά θα καταλήξετε!
Τέλος σαν καϊμάκι, το κάνει σχετικά καλό και όχι κάτι το ιδιαίτερο. Είπαμε δεν ειναι επαγγελματική μηχανή αλλά προορίζετε για οικιακή χρήση, με ό,τι αυτό συνεπάγεται...

Μετά από 10-15 καφέδες και εφόσον κατασταλάξεις στις ρυθμίσεις που σε καλύπτουν απολαμβάνεις φοβερά γευστικό καφέ. Για φρεντο εσπρέσσο προσωπικά έχω επιλέξει να βάζω 3 δόσεις με την ρύθμιση για το άρωμα στο μέγιστο, την ποσότητα του καφέ στο ελάχιστο και την θερμοκρασία στη 2η από τις 3 θέσεις.
