    At first glance, it's very good! If you want to do your push-ups at any time of the day, then this is very practical. It folds and can be stored away. It also has caps inside the box so you can place them on the bottom side of the board to prevent it from coming into direct contact with the (any) floor! I don't use the rubber! I find it too soft... at least for me, even though I'm not muscular. Something else that confused me a bit is the diagrams in the leaflet that comes inside the box. I mean that: the leaflet has diagrams of the board and which body parts are exercised when we change the position of the handles on the board. But... the positions for the handles depicted in the diagrams do not correspond to the board itself, resulting in some confusion! That's it in a nutshell!
