Triticum Dicoccum, also known as emmer or wild wheat, is one of the oldest cereals still cultivated today. Its sprout closely resembles wheat and barley, and it has excellent nutritional properties. Unlike other cereals, the taste of its grass juice is very sweet and therefore suitable for those trying it for the first time. As sprouts, they make wonderful breakfast cereals, we can prepare live bread (Essene), make crackers or salad.
