This mount fills the gaps of the factory gearbox mount and significantly reduces the engine's tendency to move back and forth during startup and gear changes. As a result, there is less strain on the other mounts, providing more direct starts and gear shifts. The hardness of the polyurethane used by Powerflex is specially designed to avoid transmitting excessive vibrations to the passenger compartment and steering wheel.
