Question: The rollers on my shelf are not turning. What should I do? Answer:
Remove the plastic cover of the motor (8 screws).
Check the central gear for wear or breakage.
Spray the gears with grease spray.
Check the operation through the thermostat by pressing the (+) button.
If the problem persists, disconnect the motor and test it alone on the controller.
