RC440 Thixotropic Fiber-Reinforced Cement Repair Mortar for Concrete

The NOVAMIX RC 440 is a ready-to-use thixotropic fiber-reinforced cement mortar, suitable for the repair of reinforced concrete structures with particularly high demands. It is ideal for all types of structural or non-structural restoration applications and for increasing load-bearing capacity.

Uses:

• Repairs and restoration of concrete in indoor and outdoor areas such as industrial floors, exhibition spaces, shopping centers, offices, etc.
• Structural repairs of concrete and increasing load-bearing capacity in columns, beams, and load-bearing walls.
• Maintenance or restoration of concrete passivity by increasing cover.
• Smoothing thickness of 5 – 30mm in a single layer, on ceilings, horizontal and/or vertical surfaces.
• Spot repairs up to 50 mm – filling voids, nests, and minor imperfections.
• As a substrate for decorative coatings of the PLANOCOLOR SYSTEM on walls, floors, and ceilings.

Consumption: 18kg/m²/cm thickness. Applications: Recommended for smoothing - repairing concrete in high-spec constructions such as bridges, tunnels, industrial floors.
