Ways to Maintain the Quality of Wood

• Do not use the dishwasher.
• Before first use, clean it with warm water (65°C) and liquid soap and rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
• After each use, always clean with water and soap, rinse well, and dry so that the wood does not stay wet for a long time.
• After rinsing, place it upright and store it once it has dried completely.
• Regular application of olive oil for extra care. Apply and leave it overnight to be absorbed.
• Vinegar naturally disinfects the wood.
• For frequent disinfection, we recommend placing the wood at 65°C for a few minutes (e.g., oven air).
