Ways to maintain the quality of the wood:

• Do not use the dishwasher.
• Before first use, clean it with hot water (65°C) and liquid soap and rinse with plenty of water.
• After each use, always clean with water and soap, rinse well and dry so that the wood does not remain wet for a long time.
• After rinsing, place it in a vertical position and store once it is fully dry.
• Regular application with olive oil for greater care. Apply and leave it overnight to be absorbed.
• Vinegar naturally disinfects the wood.
• For frequent disinfection, we recommend placing the wood at 65°C for a few minutes (e.g., oven air).
