I bought the product in May when I started a job with intense physical activity. I used it conservatively, meaning that while it recommends one tablet per 20 kilograms of weight, I didn't take 4 (for my 85 kilograms) per day, but usually only 2 and very rarely reached 3. I have tried many herbal supplements such as basil powder, wheatgrass, aloe, sea buckthorn, spirulina, etc. with quite good results.
However, this particular combination is exceptional!!
It is impossible not to notice the energy and vitality (2 tablets every morning) that these two superfoods provide. Besides the energy, it is also very important for the body to receive many vitamins.
The company does not specify the exact ratio of spirulina to sea buckthorn, but it definitely works better than pure spirulina.
The only negative aspect is found in the packaging where you cannot remove the tablets one by one because the aluminum cover is removed in one piece. However, this can be solved by placing the tablets in a jar.
