Double mirror powder for solid color effect and ombre. Application is done on Top No Wipe. For a strong mirror effect, use black or the corresponding color of the powder as a base color. Seal the powder at the tip of the nail with acid-free Primer and finish with a coat of base and then a coat of top for longer durability.
