In the category of Food Colors, the new Full Fill Gel Colors from Fractal Colors come to add vibrancy to your creations. Water-based, these gels are fluid and easily blend into creams, decorative icing, fondant, and other masses.

• Easily color pastry materials such as fondant, modeling paste, marzipan, and royal icing.
• Mix with powder colors for the perfect painting mixture.
• Simply add a few drops to your paste or cream and mix or knead.

Not recommended for oil/fat-based materials. Contains 30g with 20% more color compared to the usual 25g from competitors.

Ingredients: Glycerol E422, Propylene Glycol E1520, Dyes: Carmoisine E122*, Thickening Agent: Silicon Dioxide E551, Dyes: Brilliant Blue FCF E133.

Average shelf life: 3 years from production. Storage: Protect from light.

Maximum dosage:

• For fillings: 3.67 g/kg.
• Externally for decorations, coatings: 6.62 g/kg.

Each color has its own legal limits of use per kilogram of ready mixture.
