  • 10/10 without being a Nintendo fanboy. The game is a masterpiece, luckily they made a remaster because they are not going to make such games again.

  • An excellent game that is worth every last cent it asks for... As long as you haven't played it on the GameCube. I didn't buy it back then, so for a brand new game for me, the price is okay. However, at some point, Nintendo needs to understand that the prices they set for RE-RELEASES are excessive, with the price not dropping even upon request. If you hadn't played it back then, get it NO MATTER WHAT! If you had it on the GameCube, then I can't give any advice.

This was one of my favorite Paper Mario games from my childhood. Playing an updated version twenty years later was a dream come true.

For those of you who are new, you will control Mario in another classic paper-style RPG adventure to save Princess Peach (how common), discover a lost treasure, and save the world from a new enemy. At certain points, you will control Peach, and even King Bowser.

I love the partners that accompany Mario (Goombella, Koops, Madame Flurry, Yoshi, Vivian, and Bobbery). This is a beautiful game with fantastic graphics and an amazing story!!

There are many new gameplay features that expand the game from the original, such as the ability to switch partners on the spot, new items and badges, fast travel through pipes, the ability to unlock special galleries for art and sounds, etc.

Overall, this is an excellent and beautiful remake and a must-play for Mario fans, especially for retro gamers who enjoyed the original version.

    5/5 from me! ️

Ideal game for people who want to try RPG games without previous experience. The remake is flawless with many quality of life additions and more! Its story remains full of surprises, touching, and by far the best of all Mario games (perhaps with the exception of Super Paper Mario for the Wii).

I have already played the game on GameCube when it first came out. Nostalgia hit me hard when I found out it was coming out on the switch and of course I had to get it. Improved dialogues, improved graphics, new soundtrack and the beautiful familiar story we knew so far. If you haven't played it, it's definitely worth trying to get a taste of the Paper Mario universe, as this game is far better than origami king.
