TENS Foot Electrodes iSock Tenscare

The TensCare iSock is a portable electrode for TENS and EMS machines, which uses conductive fabric to allow stimulation from the TENS unit to travel throughout the foot, improving blood flow, mobility, and providing pain relief.

It works in the same way as a common electrode, but targets the entire foot, offering the best pain relief. It stimulates nerve endings and alleviates pain symptoms in the feet and arthritis, reducing swelling and restoring muscles to enhance mobility.

The thin and flexible fabric of the iSock means it can be worn under clothing and while moving, allowing you to reduce pain and return to an active lifestyle.

• Medium Size: Suitable for shoe sizes 36-42
• Recommended TENS machines: Perfect TENS and Sports TENS
• Must be moistened with a little water before use
• Hand wash with warm water and should be air-dried
