The flexible conduit METALFLEX is made from hot-dip galvanized steel strip DX51D, shaped and spirally extruded into a metal tube.

The product offers:

• Easy and smooth cable and wire access.
• Quick connection between tube to tube or tube to flexible tube.

Difficult ground points are easily avoided due to their excellent flexibility.

• Compression test: At 1250N category 4 of EN61386.01 (heavy).
• Impact test: 2kg/100mm. Category 3 of EN61386.01 (medium).
• Bending test: Flexible. Category 5 of EN 61386.01.
• Electrical continuity: Category 1 of EN 61386.01.
• IP rating: Depends on the connector used.
• Corrosion resistance: Galvanization thickness >175μm. Category 2 of EN 61386.01.
