Immediately, a slight foaming appeared and the sour smell of wine probably confirms that some kind of alcoholic fermentation is happening in the container. The exact same thing happened with the 2nd container I opened. The taste is also particularly sour (as expected) and it can only be used in food, not raw for salads. Also, the oil used is seed oil and not olive oil.
