A few years ago, I started dealing with incubators and since my previous one had some issues, I decided after a lot of research to get this one. (before I continue, I have to mention that the machine was not purchased from this account). The product arrived with the fan broken, however, my communication with the customer service helped to solve the problem quickly. I started the incubator a few days ago to learn how it works. Overall, it is easy to use, but it is necessary to read the instructions carefully. After a few tests, I was ready and started the process. Throughout the duration, I did not encounter anything difficult (the eggs turn automatically and I filled the water channels the first two times, although I could have added more water and not needed a second time, and the other one only once). Something that might be somewhat annoying is that sometimes when the temperature changes (e.g. during candling), it may start to increase temperature on its own, which I noticed can be resolved by immediately lifting the machine's lid carefully in the air (without letting it reach a high temperature) and unplugging the machine for a few seconds and then returning the lid.

Today, I finished my first successful hatching and I am satisfied. Overall, it is an elegant, efficient, relatively quiet, easy to clean, and beautiful incubator, suitable for people who prefer to have a few chicks. One change I made was that for the last three days, after removing the egg turner, I added one of those kitchen mats to prevent the chicks from slipping (I cut it according to the dimensions of the machine and the motor that turns the eggs) so that the chicks do not slip.

*Something I noticed in my own incubator compared to various others on the internet is that as soon as it reaches the desired temperature, instead of the indicator light turning on and off, it stays on for a few seconds and then turns off after a few seconds, thus increasing by +0.1 every now and then.

I did not expect to get 5 chicks out of the 8 eggs. With the automatic water bases, I was able to relax and not bother with refilling water in the incubator. The only thing I regret is not getting it in a larger egg capacity because with the 8 eggs that the incubator can hold, you need to have 6-8 fertile eggs to see results.
