    it is the best, as soon as she starts coughing I start it and after 3-4 uses the child has completely recovered..now I have settled on this and propolis for daily use and the child has been going to school since September and hasn't stayed home because of illness..I highly recommend it (we are talking about a child with frequent bronchitis)
