First of all, it should be mentioned that the maximum water volume indicated on the briki is 250ml, which is about halfway, possibly for safety reasons. Of course, you can fill it to the top and only then does it yield about 750ml, which is two full regular-sized cups.
It is fast but I expected it to be a bit faster. It probably seems that way because I always fill it to the top. If you want to make a single Greek coffee, it will boil it in no time, but if you want to make two cups, it takes about 2 minutes. The construction seems sturdy and the briki is very easy to wash. I have also heated milk, but if you leave it long enough, it will form a crust at the bottom and needs scrubbing. When making coffee, a simple rinse is enough.
One disadvantage is that after a few external washes, it loses its color at the base, as if it is fading. However, I don't consider this significant because it is not visible and does not affect its function.
At the price of €15 and from a relatively good brand in the Greek market, you can buy it without hesitation. In fact, I am thinking of buying a second one myself.
Αρχικά πρέπει να αναφερθεί ότι η ένδειξη μέγιστου όγκου νερού που έχει το μπρίκι είναι 250ml, κάπου στη μέση δηλαδή, κάτι που ίσως έχει γίνει για λόγους ασφαλείας. Φυσικά μπορείς να το γεμίσεις μέχρι πάνω και μόνο τότε βγάζει περίπου 750 ml, δηλαδή δυο γεμάτες κούπες κανονικού μεγέθους.
Είναι γρήγορο αλλά το περίμενα ίσως λίγο πιο γρήγορο. Πιθανώς μου φαίνεται επειδή πάντα το γεμίζω μέχρι πάνω. Αν πας να κάνεις έναν μονό ελληνικό καφέ, τότε θα στον βράσει στο άψε σβήσε ενώ αν θες να κάνεις δύο κούπες, χρειάζεται περίπου 2'. Η κατασκευή φαίνεται στιβαρή και το μπρίκι πλένεται πολύ εύκολα. Έχω ζεστάνει και γάλα αλλά αν το αφήσεις αρκετά, θα κάνει κρούστα στον πάτο και θέλει τρίψιμο. Όταν κάνεις καφέ, ένα απλό ξέπλυμα αρκεί.
Ένα μειονέκτημα είναι ότι μετά από μερικά εξωτερικά πλυσίματα χάνει το χρώμα στη βάση του, σαν να ξεφτίζει δηλαδή. 'Ομως δεν το αξιολογώ ως σημαντικό γιατί δε φαίνεται και δεν επηρεάζει τη λειτουργία του.
Στην τιμή των 15€ και από ένα καλό -σχετικά- brand στην ελληνική αγορά, το αγοράζετε άφοβα. Μάλιστα κι εγώ σκέφτομαι να αγοράσω ένα δεύτερο.

In short, it is very fast, yet it makes very nice coffee with rich foam, and the amount it holds is enough for 3-4 small Greek coffees. It also replaced the gas canister that I had difficulty changing every now and then..... update after 5 months, it just broke and can't be fixed... it wasn't that durable after all....
