'Oh, WHAT A KINGDOM!' is the story of a stressed-out king and his equally anxious subjects. The courtier suggests to the king that he keep a cat as a stress reliever.

The remedy works so well that the king decides to issue a law requiring every subject to have at least one cat. The entire kingdom manages to live in harmony for the first time, until the day a flock of starlings appears and all the cats start to display their wild side, destroying the kingdom and forcing its residents to flee.

Thus, the king's cat becomes the King of Cats, leading an anarchic kingdom, plunging both himself and all the cats into a state of anxiety, just like the previous king.
