Heine UniSpec® Proctoscopes

The disposable proctoscopes (anoscopy, proctoscopy & sigmoidoscopy) from Heine are specifically designed for use with the Heine proctoscope device. They are individually packaged one at a time. No cleaning or disinfection is required, thus saving time.

Made from a special thermoplastic material that is skin-friendly, they are absolutely safe to use as there is no risk of accidental breakage. They are self-lubricating and do not create a feeling of cold for the patient during the examination.

The light transmission is achieved through the walls of the tube (peripheral annular lighting). They provide bright, uniform light focused on the examination area with reduced reflections.

They feature a graduated scale (insertion length indication) in cm, inside the tube. Also compatible with the corresponding Welch Allyn proctoscopy device.
