The Sonoff R5 wall switch wirelessly controls compatible devices and can be used as a wall switch or as a remote control by removing it from its base. It connects via Bluetooth Low Energy to devices with an eWeLink-Remote gateway. Through scenes in the eWeLink app, it can also control other compatible smart devices when connected to the network. The six buttons support single press, long press, and double press, with different actions configurable for each.

The base can be mounted on a wall or piece of furniture using double-sided adhesive tape or screws, with no wall box or wiring required. The switch is powered by two CR2032 batteries.
