The masks had a bad smell and the elastic bands came off on several of them, probably due to the heat. I will not prefer this specific company again.
The product arrived very quickly given the circumstances, but the mask was too small for an adult and after 30 minutes of wearing it, the elastic band came off. It was pressing too much behind the ears. It fit well on the face but the small elastic band was putting too much pressure on the ears.
It has a strong unpleasant smell. I don't know if it's due to the mask or the way it has been stored by the store. Also, there is no indication of KN95 on the mask
The masks I received have nothing to do with the photo. They have a relatively good fit but problematic airflow with some difficulty.
On 22/11 I am writing again because there was a change in the store's photo for the product, now it is correct.
