X-Med Medi Dress adhesive dressings contain a blend of calcium alginate and plant-derived sodium alginate, which helps blood clot faster. They are intended for wounds with low to moderate exudate, such as minor cuts, abrasions, scratches and puncture sites, as well as for the post-operative protection of wounds and incisions.
The central absorbent pad does not stick to the wound, while the hypoallergenic adhesive can be removed without leaving residue. They are made from flexible, breathable non-woven material and contain no natural rubber latex.
