The lavender angustifolia miller produces the highest quality essential oil through the process of steam distillation. It is an aromatic, medicinal, bee-friendly, ornamental plant and is used in perfume making, soap making, and pharmaceuticals. Lavender is one of the 20 plants of the Greek land with the most properties.
- For Massage: Add 8 - 10 drops of essential oil to 30ml of carrier oil (almond oil, sunflower oil, jojoba oil, etc.). Apply it with gentle circular motions all over the body.
- For Compresses: Add a few drops of lavender essential oil to a cool towel and gently place it on the forehead, neck, and upper chest to reduce temperature.
- For Cooking: Add 3 - 5 drops to 1 liter of olive oil or at the end of cooking or in baking mixtures. Add 1 drop to 120ml of honey tea.
- For Skin Care: Apply to light burns.
