Description

The electric bathroom towel rail by Cecotec is made of aluminum and features a Double Heat system to dry your towels while also heating the bathroom quickly and efficiently. It has a power of 500 W for maximum performance and an LED Smart Temp indicator that shows the ambient temperature. With Warm Space technology, it effectively heats bathrooms up to 8 m², and includes special water splash protection for use in bathrooms.

The towel rail includes overheat protection with Overprotect and Auto Off systems, which stop its operation in case of excessive heat.

    Overall good product if you exclude the fact that it automatically shuts off after two hours if it gets hot inside the house (e.g. if radiators are on at the same time). So you set it to work for 2 hours and it may shut off in half an hour because it reaches a temperature where the manufacturer considers it should turn off. In short, if it gets hot inside the house, it won't work for 2 hours in countdown mode. I don't know if I would buy it again...
