We have been using it for years and it has made things much easier for us, especially with carrying water. On the downside, it doesn't hold a large quantity and it collects limescale. Also, it is relatively fragile – I dropped it and it broke, so it needed to be replaced.

Good in size although my daughter uses it abroad (for a family it seems small to me but you say ok, the water will always be fresh). Caregivers, make sure to wash it with a soft sponge at regular intervals.

The jug worked fine for a few months and then a crack formed. Bought a second one and it also cracked within a few months. If 2 of the same product cannot survive light office use from one person, then it's a badly made product.

The quality of the plastic jug is very poor. It’s light in weight and you get the sense that the plastic is too thin to last. Within a few months of its use there is a crack where the water pours, and now there is a crack on the top of the handle. It also leaks a lot when trying to pour and it just can’t handle the amount of water that it’s actually suppose to take in. The weight of the water is what is making it crack I presume.

Very convenient, large water capacity, I really liked that you add water from the small lid that lifts up and you don't have to remove the whole cover of the lid every time.

First of all, I got the pitcher because it said it was 3.5 liters.. And I imagined that the filtered water it would produce would be that much.. The 3.5 liters refer to the total capacity. The space for the filtered water is 1 liter and fills quite slowly.

05/05/25) Additionally, the water that comes out of the filter seems to have a strange taste at first.. then it settles. I thought it might be my imagination and waited to change the filter to see, but it was still the same.

Ordered as a second jug. Very pleased with the quality. The cartridges are expensive though, but do last about one month

I have had the pitcher for two months and I can say with certainty the following: The strong taste of chlorine, as well as the smell, disappear. This is something that is immediately noticeable. Secondly, I have increased my water consumption to a very satisfactory level. Because the pitcher is in front of me, I drink water more easily and in larger quantities. As for the chemical composition and the final quality of the water, it is something that I don't believe anyone can know accurately, unless a chemical analysis is done. Therefore, regarding the taste and quality of the water, I can say that the job is done. The pitcher is sturdy and gives the feeling that it will last over time. However, the filters have a significant cost, which increases a household's budget. Nevertheless, I believe it is worth it, as it has a positive effect on our health.
