The Nava 10-103-168 roasting pan is a deep, rectangular steel pan with a stone-effect non-stick interior coating. The removable V-shaped rack keeps a turkey or large roast elevated, allowing it to cook evenly while fat and juices drain away. Handles on both sides make it easy to carry, while the non-stick coating helps release food and makes the pan easier to clean.
Before first use, wash with warm water, dish soap and a soft sponge. Before each use, grease the inside with oil or butter, and do not overheat the pan when empty. The maximum recommended temperature is 230 °C. Do not fill it more than two-thirds full. Once cool, wash by hand without using metal sponges, steel wool or harsh cleaners. To protect the coating, use wooden, plastic or silicone utensils, and avoid cutting food inside the pan with sharp tools. Using parchment paper helps extend the life of the pan and its coating.
