The De Buyer Mineral B crepe pan, made of carbon steel, has a low profile and sloped sides that make it easy to transfer crepes to a plate. It is made from 2.5 mm thick steel and has a French-style steel handle secured with rivets. The natural beeswax finish protects against oxidation and makes seasoning easier, gradually giving the pan natural non-stick properties.

Season the pan before first use. To care for it, wash with warm water without detergent, dry immediately and lightly coat with oil. During use, the steel may darken unevenly.
