It is published by Agra Publications in collaboration with the Benaki Museum, the catalog of the major retrospective exhibition of the painter GEORGE CHATZIMICHALIS. The publication was made on the occasion of the artist's dual exhibition (Part A 21/09/2023 – 05/11/2023 - Part B 23/11/2023 – 14/01/2024) and covers all the exhibition spaces of the Benaki Museum / Piraeus 138 (ground floor, first floor, second floor).

The catalog is in the familiar format of 22 x 20 cm and condenses into 168 pages almost the entire journey of George Chatzimichalis from the beginning of his engagement with painting. Each work and each period includes excerpts from texts written during the respective exhibitions or personal comments by the artist. A comprehensive biography is provided at the forefront. It is available in both Greek and English.

The exhibition was initially scheduled for September 2020 but was postponed to September 2023 due to COVID. The catalog is accompanied by a triptych that describes a complex work of the artist created in the years between 2020 and 2023.
