First of all, I have to say that although the above motherboard was listed in the order, I received the (Z790 GAMING PLUS WIFI) version, which is theoretically superior, but essentially the same motherboard. On the positive side, it has a decent construction with plenty of slots for m.2 and heatsinks, and it also came 14th gen ready, so I didn't have to go through the process of flashing the latest BIOS. Now, onto the negatives, which is why I gave it three stars. When I installed Windows, I couldn't connect to the internet. It didn't display any networks, neither wired nor from the motherboard's WiFi. Luckily, I had a second PC available, so I started trying to find a solution, but I struggled for quite some time because the obvious solution of downloading drivers and manually installing them didn't work. It would show an error at the end of the installation. I had to format Windows 10 again and with a lot of effort, I managed to figure out the WiFi drivers and connect wirelessly, after which the rest of the drivers automatically downloaded and I was able to have a wired connection as well. Overall, the motherboard drivers, including sound and Bluetooth, still have some bugs and freeze when opening and closing devices, among other minor issues that can be solved with some searching, but it's still a hassle. In the end, I don't know if it was just my piece that had these problems, but I consider it tragic for someone to have to go through so much trouble.
Αρχικά να πω οτι ενώ στην παραγγελία αναγραφόταν η παραπάνω mobo μου ήρθε η έκδοση (Z790 GAMING PLUS WIFI) θεωρητικά ανώτερη, ουσιαστικά ομως η ιδια μητρική. Στα θετικά, τίμια κατασκευή με πληθώρα απο υποδοχές για m.2 και heatsink, επίσης ήρθε 14th gen ready οπότε δεν χρειάστηκε να μπω στη διαδικασία να φλασάρο το νεότερο bios. Τώρα στα αρνητικά και εξού τα 3 αστέρια, όταν έγινε η εκγατάσταση των windows δεν μπορούσα να συνδεθώ στο internet, δεν εμφάνιζε κανένα δίκτυο ούτε ενσύρματο ούτε από το wifi της μητρικής, ευτυχώς έχοντας 2ο pc στη διαθεση μου ξεκίνησα να προσπαθω να βρω λύση αλλά ταλαιπωρήθηκα αρκετή ωρα καθως το προφανές, να κατεβάσω drivers και να τους κανω manual install δεν λειτουργόυσε γιατι στο τελος του installation εμφάνιζε σφάλμα, έκανα εκ νέου φορμάτ σε Windows 10 και με τα πολλά κατάφερα να βγάλω άκρη με τους wifi drivers και να συνδεθώ ασυρματα όπου μετά αυτόματα κατεβηκαν και οι υπολοιποι και μπόρεσα να έχω και ενσύρματη συνδεση. Γενικά τα drivers της μητρικής ήταν , ήχου, bluetooth ακόμα τρώω buggies και κολλάει στο ανοιξε κλέισε συσκευών και αρκετα άλλα μικροθέματα τα οποία ναι μεν λύνονται με ψάξιμο, αλλά γιατι η ταλαιπωρία. Εν τέλη δεν ξέρω αν έτυχε στο δικό μου κομμάτι, απλά το θεωρώ τραγικό καποιος να πρέπει να ταλαιπωρηθει τόσο.
