Description

Description

“…Preparing for a creative profession is an education towards perfection, comparable to the training of an athlete. We should not perceive perfection as the exceptional achievement of a lucky moment, as success, grace, talent, or luck, but as a habit, as well as an environment, characterized by the discovery of our limits and the need to surpass them. Learning the technique is the first step to freeing yourself from it and rejecting it. Education achieves its goal only if it creates something akin to an iceberg, where the emerging part is the blurred knowledge and the submerged is the active knowledge, which is explicit in practice, and only then can we express it in words.

There is a piece of theater that is submerged and that we do not see or do not want to see. Anyone who writes columns and history tends to only see the semi-transparent peaks of ice mountains as they pass by, carrying with them the stationary ships. They ignore the countless and indistinct roads through which a plethora of theaters are present in society, usually anonymously, without the names of famous artists or with artists who become known only after their death. Theater is a means to weave relationships, to live a life independent of occasional pressures, to maintain the thirst for a future that seems unattainable, to create an oasis of "normal" life amidst the relentless course of History, to bring the scent of freedom into prisons, and to cultivate, non-destructively, your own rebellion…”
