A deadly storm, a mysterious creature, and a girl who doesn't give up. In 2020, a gigantic creature wreaks havoc in Tokyo, destroying everything in its path. In 1959, Asa Asanda, a spirited girl from a large family in Nagoya, is kidnapped for ransom, and no one notices. When a storm strikes Nagoya, Asa and her kidnapper must work together to survive. But there is more to her kidnapper and this storm than meets the eye. After repelling "that thing" that appeared in the touch of the Japanese bay, Asa returns home with questions and speculations from her siblings and friends and a warning from Kinugiyo that there is no other danger from the air! Meanwhile, Jisouji visits the hospital to see the Prime Minister, who not only knows about Asa but believes that Japan's fate rests on her shoulders! At the Prime Minister's insistence, Asa is informed to be ready to take action at any moment.
