The bib stains from food, but it's okay, you can't have it all. It is waterproof on the inside and won't wet the baby. It comes with a carrying bag so you can take it outside or to other houses. The plate opens and closes like a pop-up. At €37, it's a bit pricey, but I would definitely buy it again. After all, you can use it until the baby is 2 years old.
